Windows 7 Slow to Logout

Question:
Hello, we recently moved to Windows 7 and some users are having issues logging out of their accounts. When they attempt to logout it takes around 15 to 20 minutes to do so. This only happens on user accounts that were created with: runas /user:name@domain.com "cmd.exe". We don't use roaming profiles as none of their data is stored on the server, it's all stored locally (I know almost nothing about roaming profiles).

Is there anything I can do to attempt to gather more information on why the logout is taking so long? I checked eventviewer but saw nothing suspicious.

It doesn't seem to be an application as I don't get the "Force application to terminate" window.
Solution:
I had a similar issue and was logging in like this:   username@domain.com
Logging off would take forever.   Then I switched my username format to be:     domain.com\username
Voila!   ...problem solved!   Why?  I'm not sure as I've logged into Windows domains using the first format for decades.
